Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) creates a relationship between the farmer where members pay their season membership upfront to provide the farmers with the financial means and a guaranteed customer base at the beginning of the season when the expenditures are highest. In exchange for joining in advance members receive a share of the weekly bounty throughout the growing season. Members are invited to spend as much or little time on the farm as they wish seeing the vegetables grow and experiencing the joy that only a visit to the farm can bring. Members are not expected to work on the farm. Weekly produce pickups at the farm include a variety of locally and naturally grown seasonal vegetables.
We’re delighted to invite you to join Spring Creek Farm’s CSA. We grow fresh produce, raise grass fed beef and pastured broiler chickens, and provide certified organic eggs from pastured hens. All are available to our members at our onsite market throughout the summer and fall. Our season runs from the first week in June through the last weekend in October.
We offer three different CSA membership options to choose from:
Traditional Box Share - approximately $25 of fresh produce each week that members pick up at the Farm during market hours every Friday.
Home Delivery Box Share - approximately $25 of fresh produce each week that we’ll delivery to your home within 10 miles of the Farm every Friday. Order and buy products online and we'll delivery with your weekly share.
Flexible Market Share - an alternative to the traditional CSA ‘box share’ providing you more flexibility in buying the amount and variety of farm products you want when you want them. Here’s how the Flexible Market Share membership works:
Members receive a CSA Farm Card in the value that meets your need:
Farm Cards are like debit cards and can be spent on your choice of vegetables, grass fed beef, pastured chicken, and organic eggs throughout the season. We'll reload your Farm Card at anytime during the Season
ALL MEMBERS RECEIVE A 15% DISCOUNT ON FARM MARKET PURCHASES.
Beginning in the 2021 season, our Farm Market hours will be:
Tuesdays - 11am to 6pm (MEMBERS ONLY)
Fridays - 11am to 6pm
Saturdays - 9am to 2pm
Market pricing may fluctuate from week to week as we have surpluses and shortages, so customers will benefit from bountiful harvests.
